Job summary

ERSG seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist team delivering utilities, energy and EV infrastructure projects in Liverpool. You’ll lead commercial management of infrastructure projects and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in quantity surveying, NEC contract experience, subcontractor management, and robust Excel/MS Office skills, with a strong understanding of CDM and health & safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' Quantity Surveying experience.
• Background in civils, utilities or infrastructure.
• Strong NEC contract experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors.
• Good commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Good understanding of CDM and H&S requirements.

Location: UK - Liverpool

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team delivering major utilities, energy and EV infrastructure projects.

You’ll work closely with construction, design, planning and operational teams, taking responsibility for the commercial management of projects and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
