A regional medium sized Main Contractor in the UK is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. They must possess a BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years' experience with Main Contractors. Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing daily commercial management functions, including but not limited to measurement & valuations, applications for payment, reconciling accounts, dealing with sub‑contract orders and enquiries, through to practical completion of the project and settling final accounts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 10 years+ experience as an QS working for a Main Contractor.
• Good communication skills.
• Use of JCT D&B Contracts is essential.
• BSc in Quantity Surveying or Comparable qualification (HNC/BTEC etc).
• Previous Roles: Assistant Quantity Surveyor OR Project QS OR Trainee Quantity Surveyor OR Quantity Surveyor.
