The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take full ownership of major projects across London and the South East. Working closely with Directors, you’ll manage project delivery, mentor junior surveyors, and help drive strategic growth.

This is a key position in a respected consultancy that truly values its people, offering both autonomy and support in equal measure. You’ll be encouraged to shape your own career while working on varied and rewarding schemes.

Current projects include:

  • £40m NEC new-build Healthcare facility
  • £15m JCT Design & Build Healthcare project
  • 450-unit Affordable Residential scheme
  • University developments from £2m-£5m
  • Local authority and energy sector programmes

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
  • A RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred).
  • MRICS
  • Significant Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy.
  • Strong pre- and post-contract cost management expertise.
  • A proven track record in managing projects independently.
  • Ability to commute to Kingston upon Thames.
