We would love to hear from you if…

You are someone with a positive, can‑do attitude and a collaborative approach, who thrives within a team environment and consistently aims for high standards. You will have a strong background in managing a range of contracts, including complex contractual arrangements, supported by solid technical construction knowledge. Experience in a client‑facing position would be highly beneficial, alongside confidence in managing subcontract procurement and contract administration in line with industry best practice.

We are looking for someone with highly developed commercial awareness and clear, demonstrable experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with a range of stakeholders across the business. You should also be well‑organised, diligent, and able to work under pressure without compromising attention to detail.
