Job description

We are looking for a main contractor's Senior Quantity Surveyor for a £36m, three block, residential development in the centre of Guildford, Surrey.

The role is with the City of London office of a leading Southern Ireland-headquartered main contractor and will see the successful candidate acting as Commercial Lead and reporting directly to the commercial director so would best suit a confident Surveyor with 7 to 15 years' post graduate experience with reputable main contractors.
