A property and construction consultancy is seeking a career-focused, articulate Senior Quantity Surveyor with Associate-level ambition to join their head office in Surrey.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Working alongside the leadership team, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will remain hands-on, delivering projects from feasibility through to completion. At the same time, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to support business growth and progress into a senior management position.

Qualifications

• MRICS is preferred, but not essential
• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• Based in Surrey and able to commute freely
• Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
• 6+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Worked within a construction consultancy /PQS practice
• Client facing, ambitious, career driven
