Senior Quantity Surveyor roles & responsibilities

• End to end management of multiple, high value packages
• Monitoring build costs against budget and forecast final cost
• Identifying cost risks and opportunities early
• Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with contract terms
• Preparing and agreeing final accounts with supply chain

Senior Quantity Surveyor experience required

• Minimum 10 years post qualified experience
• Extensive Major Project experience - ideally High Rise Towers
• Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or similar
• First class IT / reporting skills
• Strong communication - written and spoken
