This position supports the property industry by overseeing budgets, contracts, and project finances to help clients achieve their goals.

Our client is a boutique private construction consultancy based in the city of london who have offices across the UK. They have been recognised by known construction governing bodies for their honesty, integrity and refreshing approach in value engineering all whilst maintaining service delivery excellence on behalf of their clients. They operate within multiple sectors including Residential, Mixed-Use, Hospitality and Commercial and are keen to look at other sectors also.

Profile

A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:

• A strong background in quantity surveying, particularly in the property industry - Residential would be desirable
• Contract Administration and Employers Agent experience - desirable
• Experience in managing budgets, contracts, and financial reporting.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• A professional qualification or membership in a recognised body (e.g., RICS).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
