About the Company

A well known multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with offices across the UK and Europe are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Waterloo based team.

This well-respected business works across a number of private sectors but especially Industrial.

With a pipeline of projects for the next 18 months, there is clear career progression, a supportive, forward-thinking culture available.

The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

  • Manage cost control from inception to completion
  • Provide regular financial reporting to clients
  • Identify and assess financial risks associated with the project.
  • Advise on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets
Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will need:

  • At least 4 years' experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role within the UK
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects
  • A proactive, resilient, and detail-oriented approach
  • MRICS preferred but not essential
  • M&E experience would be desirable but not essential
