A strong opportunity for an experienced Senior QS to take commercial responsibility on a mix of residential, education, and commercial schemes, with a contractor known for lean management and direct delivery.

The Role

• Senior QS role working across live residential, education, and commercial projects
• Full commercial duties from tender stage through delivery
• Managing subcontractor orders, payments, enquiries, and CVRs
• Cross reporting to the Managing Surveyor and liaising with site teams
• Take-offs where the company self-deliver elements (dry lining, SFS, windows)
• Exposure to PCSA schemes (desirable but not essential)

What they\'re looking for

• Experience in a main contractor or established developer environment
• Background across residential and/or commercial new build or refurbishment schemes
• Strong procurement, reporting, and communication skills
• Comfortable working with Excel for tender analysis (no complex estimating software)
