In a Nutshell

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team within Vistry Cornwall South West, at our Exeter office. As our Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the management and reporting of costs relating to latent / legacy defects and customer care works.

Your focus is to control the costs of these works ensuring value for money and achieving the required standards and quality. This will also include procurement, subcontract management inclusive of administration of the contract, monthly payments, and final account settlement. Strong interpersonal skills are essential as you will be a key contact for our partners.
