A prestigious construction consultancy with an impressive client list is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Head Office in Surrey.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The directors are seeking a locally based Senior Quantity Surveyor who has experience of running projects from inception to completion for high net worth individuals. Project wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across high-end residential and historic buildings across the Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Based in Surrey / local
• Experience of running projects from inception to completion for high net worth individuals
• Comfortable running projects independently
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• Client facing
• High end residential or historic building project exposure

Qualifications

• MRICS would be preferred
• Senior QS experience within a UK consultancy practice
