Job summary

Marks Consulting Partners is seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to work on education and healthcare projects across the South East. You’ll manage projects from feasibility through final account, with a hybrid working pattern and a generous salary.

The role requires MRICS, consultancy experience, and strong contract administration. You’ll contribute to cost planning, procurement, and client-facing delivery, with clear progression opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing projects from feasibility through to final account

What We're Looking For

• MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor
• Consultancy experience within the construction sector
• Strong contract administration and procurement knowledge
• Experience delivering projects throughout the full lifecycle
• Confident communicator with excellent commercial awareness
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to visit sites
