Role Overview

• Full commercial leadership on live projects.
• Preparing cost plans, budgets and contract documentation.
• Subcontract procurement and negotiation.
• Managing valuations, variations and commercial reporting.
• Final accounts and contract administration.
• Monitoring risks, cost forecasts and supply chain performance.
• Working closely with site teams, clients and consultants.
• Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff.

About You

• QS or SQS experience with a main or regional contractor.
• Strong understanding of procurement, cost control and JCT contracts.
• Experienced working across multiple sectors or varied project types.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
• Able to plan workload, manage deadlines and work collaboratively.
• Motivated to represent the business professionally with clients and partners.
• Full UK driving licence.
