Job summary

CR SMITH in Dunfermline is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of major contracts across Scotland and Northern England. You will report to the Head of Commercial, drive commercial decision-making and contribute to delivery and improvement within the growing team.

As our work across the New Build, Social Housing and Commercial sectors continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding Commercial Team at our Head Office in Dunfermline.

Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, you will take ownership of significant contracts across Scotland and Northern England, while contributing to commercial decision-making, project delivery and business improvement.

The Role

About You

• The ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities effectively.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and a desire to make a genuine impact.

Experience in new build, social housing, commercial construction, windows and doors, or the building envelope would be advantageous but is not essential. Full training will be provided on CR Smith systems and proprietary software.
