Job summary

Sphere Solutions is recruiting an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading UK residential developer on a nine-month freelance contract in Bristol.

The role focuses on a reinforced concrete (RC) frame apartment project, with responsibilities spanning cost control, forecasting, procurement and final accounts. You will work closely with the commercial team to maintain project commercial performance and manage subcontractor packages.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction.
• Strong commercial experience on residential developments and RC frame apartment projects.
• Experience managing subcontractor packages, procurement and final accounts.
• Excellent knowledge of cost control, forecasting and contractual procedures.
• Strong communication, negotiation and commercial management skills
