Senior Quantity Surveyor – Heritage Refurbishment Project (Tooting, London)

Salary : £85,000 + £5,000 car allowance + bonus + benefits

Location : Tooting, London

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a respected residential developer on a high-end heritage refurbishment project in Tooting, South London.

This role would suit a commercially astute and detail-driven SQS with proven experience working on refurbishment or restoration projects, ideally within heritage or listed building environments. You'll be joining a well-established business with a strong reputation for delivering architecturally sensitive residential developments across the UK.

The Role :
  • Oversee all commercial and cost management aspects of a major heritage-led residential refurbishment project.
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, tendering, and cost control.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure delivery to budget and programme.
  • Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Provide commercial insight and reporting to senior management.
