Senior Quantity Surveyor – London | Salary up to £85,000

About the role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Maintain key relationships with supply chain, clients and additional stakeholders
• Ensure the project team achieve or exceed budgeted targets
• Identify potential disputes in a timely manner
• Price and effectively agree project variations

Projects are likely to be largely Commercial based projects based in the London area. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a respected business and will be allocated major projects due to start imminently.

About the requirements

• The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor needs to have experience of managing Commercial projects
• A detailed knowledge of relevant contract conditions, including JCT
• Up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation and construction industry
• A full successful track record in leading financial management and cost control on projects
• Chartered, preferably through RICS
