Salary: Up to £80,000 + package (DOE)

The Role

You'll play a key role in delivering a diverse range of projects across the Commercial, Healthcare, and Residential sectors. This is an opportunity to work with an established team of professionals on both pre‑ and post‑contract stages, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of cost management from inception to completion
  • Prepare and manage tender documents, contracts, and procurement processes
  • Provide accurate cost advice and value engineering solutions
  • Oversee project budgets and financial reporting
  • Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and design teams
  • Support junior staff and contribute to business development as needed
About You
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Ideally MRICS or working towards chartership
  • Proven experience within Commercial, Healthcare, or Residential sectors
  • Strong communication and client‑facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
