Responsibilities

• Join a successful cost consultancy department in Edinburgh city centre
• Provide quantity surveying services across a variety of projects including Residential, Commercial offices, Hotels, Build to Rent, Student Accommodation, Retail and Leisure
• Deliver cost planning, value engineering and tender preparation
• Assist with procurement, contract administration and cost reporting as required

Requirements

• MRICS membership (MRICS)
• 3-5 years postgraduate experience with provable technical delivery experience
• Experience with cost planning, value engineering and preparing tenders
