Are you experienced with NEC form of contract?

Our client is an established Main Contractor with an impressive regional office located in Gloucestershire. They operate within 3 key sectors: Date Centres, Industrial & Commercial. The majority of the schemes delivered are new build, though refurbishment projects are also undertaken. The client enjoys a turnover of £150m with projects ranging in value up to £80 million.

You will report directly to an Associate Director (Commercially biased) and work closely with the existing commercial team comprising 5 Surveyors of varying levels.

About You

• NEC form of contract is essential.
• Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £30 million.
• Previous experience as an Senior Quantity Surveyor/MQS.
• Experience of working with a notable Main Contractor.
