Our client is a fledgling Main Contractor with offices located across the UK. They currently enjoy a very healthy turnover and operate within 2 key sectors; Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with many of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature.

About You:
• Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £30 million.
• Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Reside within commutable distance of Bristol
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
• Previous experience working on an Amazon Industrial unit is a massive bonus!
