The Job

The Client

Our client is one of the leading suppliers of innovative renewable energy solutions in the UK. With an unprecedented turnover growth of 20% year on year they have a huge base of blue‑chip clients who turn to them with repeat business. Operating as a 'one stop shop' which makes them extremely efficient, they provide the design, installation and maintenance of green energy solutions. They have a huge amount of projects secured and pending and owing to this expanding workload they are looking to add to their commercial team. They are interested in experienced QS's from a construction, civils or building services background.

The Role and its Responsibilities

• Financial planning
• Preparation of estimates and contract variations
• Working to timescales and budget constraints
• Assisting the commercial management team to provide quality projects
• Assisting with the production of accurate reports
• Tender analysing
• Procurement of sub-contractors
• Compliance to contracts
