We are representing a highly respected and steadily growing main contractor who is looking to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have full commercial responsibility for one or more projects, reporting into a Commercial Manager or Commercial Director. You will play a key role in supporting project teams, ensuring commercial performance is maintained and risks and opportunities are effectively managed.
You will work closely with site teams, design teams and clients, contributing to a collaborative and solutions focused approach.
