Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Birmingham

Job Overview

An excellent opportunity currently exists for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has experience of delivering new build RC Frame residential schemes to commercially lead a Flagship development in Central Birmingham.

Working with a large degree of autonomy and reporting into Director level, as the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for all commercial activities on the project from procurement onwards – including the opportunity to recruit, develop and manage the commercial team below you.

The client is delivering this as the developer and are open to your background being from a Residential Developer or a Main Contractor.
