Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step in your career? Our client's Birmingham office is looking for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing cost / commercial team.

Our client is a well-established regional, multi-disciplinary property consultancy with a reputation for delivering high-quality advice and services across a wide range of property and construction sectors. They have an expanding presence in Birmingham and are seeking talented professionals to help them continue their growth and success.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you\'ll play a key role in managing cost, contracts, and commercial advice on a variety of projects. While the portfolio is diverse, you\'ll primarily work across commercial and logistics schemes, offering you the opportunity to contribute to projects that shape the regional built environment.

Responsibilities
  • Leading cost management and quantity surveying services across multiple projects.
  • Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and detailed reports.
  • Providing procurement and tendering advice.
  • Contract administration and risk management.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
  • Ideally MRICS qualified, though strong candidates without accreditation will be considered.
  • Proven experience working on commercial, logistics, or mixed-sector projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • A proactive team player with the ability to take ownership of workstreams.
