Responsibilities

  • Lead all quantity surveying duties, including measurement, valuation, and agreement of work sections.
  • Prepare and manage interim applications for payment and certification.
  • Draft, manage, and settle subcontracts and prepare final accounts.
  • Manage and report monthly costs, cash flow, and commercial risks.
  • Advise project management on contractual implications and commercial strategy.
  • Prepare and manage monthly contract reviews and management accounts.
  • Support and mentor junior commercial staff.
  • Ensure that contract documents are executed and change control processes are implemented effectively.

We are currently seeking a skilled commercial professional to join our team at Sizewell C!

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the commercial management of a project or section of a larger project. You will oversee all financial and contractual aspects, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and in line with company standards and best practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all quantity surveying duties, including measurement, valuation, and agreement of work sections.
