We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a high-profile civil engineering team delivering projects within the United Utilities AMP 8 framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full commercial management of civils projects, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and value optimisation throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires close collaboration with design, construction, and supply chain teams to manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, payment applications, and final account settlements. You will lead on risk and change management, provide accurate forecasting and reporting, and support the delivery of projects on time and within budget. The role demands strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder engagement, and the ability to mentor junior staff while maintaining compliance with NEC contracts and industry standards.
