Qualifications

• Background & purpose of role: experienced Senior Quantitative Analyst to coach and mentor others while contributing towards shared goals.
• Quants are responsible for pricing models covering an expanding product range and work to optimise risk management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and grow an existing team of Quantitative Analysts.
• Develop and maintain pricing models for brand new and complex products.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and Senior members on dealing strategy improvement.
• Work with Development teams to implement pricing and risk management algorithms.
• Maintain personal and professional development including regulatory training.
• Ensure confidentiality of information.
