Job summary

Novify is recruiting a Senior Quantitative Developer to design and optimise an institutional-grade trading platform for spot and derivatives. London, UK is preferred with Amsterdam considered; salary up to £200K base plus equity, full-time.

You will build and launch new derivative products, work with clients for integration, and collaborate with risk/compliance to ensure regulatory standards while maintaining a 24/7 zero-downtime exchange environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Finance or related field; Masters/PhD preferred.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and derivatives including perpetual futures and traditional finance.
• Extensive experience with low-latency Java (ns/μs) and related performance tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, build and launch derivative products in crypto and traditional finance.
• Provide integration support and troubleshoot queries with key clients.
• Collaborate with risk management and compliance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and improve a zero-downtime trading platform including matching engine and APIs.
• Work with engineering and operations to productionize changes for live trading.
