Talentmark is partnering with an established pharmaceutical manufacturer to appoint a Quality Operations Manager based at Burton upon Trent. You will lead a senior quality function within a highly regulated manufacturing site, ensuring sterile operations meet GMP, regulatory and patient safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experienced quality leader with strong GMP knowledge.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Proven project leadership and people-management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead quality and sterility assurance activities across the site.
• Ensure GMP and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Manage investigations, CAPAs, change control and risk assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality systems and processes.
• Develop and mentor colleagues and work with senior stakeholders.
