Qualifications

• Working knowledge of quality management in construction, ideally within the UK housing sector.
• Experience in roles such as Quality Manager, Site Inspector, or Architect with inspection responsibilities.
• Ability to conduct functional and snagging inspections.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from pre-construction through to defects resolution.
• Audit drawings, specifications, and design information for non-compliance.
• Conduct site inspections with clear written reporting.

Quality management in construction

Inspect works from early construction to completion

Building Regulations understanding

Interpreting design and fabrication drawings

Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills

Professional membership (CIAT, CIOB, ICWCI)

Education

BTEC/HNC/HND/NVQ Level 4 in construction-related discipline
