What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting the delivery and objectives of the Shaftesbury business plan and strategy through the quality framework and strategy.
  • Ensuring standards within services meet the people we support, organisation and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure we are operating, within services placing authority contract, to ensure delivery of provision, which meets both the standard expected and the requirement of support needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Level 5 diploma or professional qualification in related field.
  • Completion of all social care mandatory training or willing to complete.
  • Evidence of continued professional development and personal development.
  • In depth understanding of the social care sector.
  • In depth understanding of quality systems suitable for a care or support organisation.
  • In depth understanding of the social model of disability, person centred support and co-production.
  • Experience of working within a service audited by CQC, RQIA, CIW and or OFSTED.
  • Management experience in the social care sector with direct experience in the management of services for disabled people.
