• Experience as a Quality Engineer (preferably aerospace, defence, or advanced manufacturing).
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO9001 standards.
• Skilled in quality tools – FMEA, 8D, FAIR, PPAP, problem-solving.
• Great communicator who can work with cross-functional teams.
• Eligible for UK Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality activities across design, production, and delivery.
• Support customer programmes with a strong focus on compliance and reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement projects.
• Manage audits, inspections, and certification requirements (AS9100 / ISO9001).
• Act as the quality lead with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians within the quality function.
