Rotork UK Ltd in Leeds is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to strengthen our Quality Department at the site.

You will lead investigations, drive root cause analysis, manage supplier quality, and support change control and product qualification, embedding a robust quality culture.

This hands‑on role offers high visibility and the chance to impact customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing quality systems and processes.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and related standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead investigations into customer complaints and internal quality issues.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (RCCA).
• Manage supplier quality including approvals and audits.
• Support part qualification and change management (PPAP / sample approval).
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 80079‑34, CSA standards.
• Conduct internal and process audits.
• Manage non‑conformances across customer, supplier, internal, and audit activities.
• Support continuous improvement and new product introduction (NPI) projects.
• Promote quality awareness and Health & Safety across the business.

Rotork UK Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to become a key member of our Quality Department at our Leeds manufacturing facility. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role where you’ll play a crucial part in strengthening product quality, developing robust processes, and supporting our continued growth.

You’ll work collaboratively across functions — partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Suppliers — to drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and embed a strong quality culture throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into customer complaints, concerns, and internal quality issues
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions (RCCA)
• Manage supplier quality, including approvals, audits, and supply‑chain improvement
• Support part qualification and change management (PPAP / sample approval)
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 80079‑34, CSA standards
• Conduct internal and process audits
• Manage non‑conformances across customer, supplier, internal, and audit activities
• Support continuous improvement and new product introduction (NPI) projects
