Job Description

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you’ll lead critical fault investigations, host triage meetings, and champion continuous improvement across Operations. Your expertise will help us reduce non-conforming parts, enhance component quality, and develop cutting‑edge quality assurance systems.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead fault investigations to identify root causes and implement robust solutions.
  • Host fault triage and containment escalation meetings.
  • Reduce the number of non‑conforming parts and assemblies released from the production and assembly departments measured by the NCR database and production related reported faults.
  • Collaborate with Production and Procurement Managers to improve component quality for race cars and external customers.
  • Drive projects to enhance quality assurance capability, including new equipment, IT systems, and processes.
  • Oversee the methods and systems for recording, managing and resolving quality issues
  • Act as a technical mentor within the Quality team, guiding best practices for NCR resolution.
Qualifications
