Can you motivate and develop a team while ensuring operational excellence and compliance? If so, we’ve got the perfect role for you!

Here at GXO Logistics, we’re looking for a Senior Quality Control Inspector to join our Branston team at Branston and lead the way in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. You’ll be at the heart of our Quality Control function - organising resources, managing priorities and leading a team to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll make a real impact on safety, compliance, and performance.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:00 and Friday 07:00 – 15:00. However flexibility will be essential at peak times, this is logistics after all!

You’ll be paid a salary of £34,361 per annum. You’ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work‑life balance.
