Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Quality Management professional to lead commercial quality in the UK/Ireland SURGERY LOC. You will own non-conformances, CAPA investigations, and drive QMS improvements while ensuring compliance with UK/Ireland and EMEA regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong English communication, leadership, and deep experience in a regulated healthcare setting. Hybrid/UK-based with potential site movements and close collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a highly regulated environment (pharma/medical device) and healthcare regulations.
• Ability to work with competent authorities and regulators is preferred.
• Strong leadership behaviours and Credo principles.
• Proficient English communication both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Own, track and investigate non-conformances and CAPA.
• Perform internal audits per UK/Ireland/EMEA schedule.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions to mitigate issues.
• Embed QMS principles and drive continuous improvement.
• Support audits by regulatory bodies and corporate teams.
