A prominent assessment organization is looking for a Senior Quality and Compliance Manager in Cambridge. This role involves leading a team and ensuring exam integrity on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in exam management, and a solid understanding of test security. Title: Senior Quality and Compliance Manager
Salary: £43,800 - £58,500
Location: Cambridge/Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Full Time (35 hours per week) / Fixed term (18 months)
We're looking for a Senior Quality and Compliance Manager for the Cambridge English Exam Services team. This fixed term management role is based in our Cambridge office in the UK.
We're looking for someone who is a great people manager and team leader, who is passionate about exam integrity and who can challenge the status quo and drive forward improvements. You will have experience as a manager and have experience of working within a similar role or sector.
Your team will be responsible for operational exam security, ensuring that millions of learners receive accurate, fair exam results, and that thousands of exam centres globally comply with our high standards for delivering exams.
We're looking for someone who understands the threats and challenges relating to exam fraud and who can put in place mitigations on a global scale to address these.
We are a hybrid working organisation, and we offer a range of flexible working options from day one. We expect most hybrid‑working colleagues to spend 40‑60% of their time at their dedicated office or location.
