A leading educational publisher is looking for a Senior Quality and Compliance Manager to enhance the security and compliance of their global exam centers. The role requires expertise in exam operations, excellent people management, and a strong understanding of regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has significant experience in exam delivery and is proficient in relevant management practices. Job Title: Senior Quality and Compliance Manager
Salary: £43,800 - £58,500
Location: Cambridge/Hybrid (minimum of 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Full Time (35 hours per week)/Fixed term (18 months)
The Exam Services team delivers millions of English Language assessments each year and, as part of this, is responsible for test security and exam centre compliance and for protecting the reputation of the exams and ensuring fairness for everyone taking one of our assessments. There are two senior managers working alongside each other to manage the compliance of our global exam centre network, define appropriate security requirements in an ever-changing world and to lead the team in balancing a great customer focus with a need for suitable regulations and requirements.
We\'re looking for a fixed-term Senior Quality and Compliance Manager who can balance what\'s best for test security and what\'s practical for exam centres. You\'ll manage risks and issues and communicate clearly at all levels. You\'ll lead on investigating issues and work closely with other key teams to put in place actions to resolve them and prevent them re-occurring. You will have an understanding of the security challenges of running exams what it\'s like to run exams and the mitigations that can be put in place.
