A leading educational publisher in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Quality and Compliance Manager to lead exam security efforts. Salary: £43,800 - £58,500
Location: Cambridge/Hybrid (minimum of 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Full Time (35 hours per week)/Fixed term (18 months)
We're looking for a Senior Quality and Compliance Manager for the Cambridge English Exam Services team. This fixed term management role is based in our Cambridge office in the UK.
We're looking for someone who is a great people manager and team leader, who is passionate about exam integrity and who can challenge the status quo and drive forward improvements. You will have experience as a manager and have experience working within a similar role or sector.
Your team will be responsible for operational exam security, ensuring that millions of learners receive accurate, fair exam results, and that thousands of exam centres globally comply with our high standards for delivering exams.
We're looking for someone who understands the threats and challenges relating to exam fraud and who can put in place mitigations on a global scale to address these.
