Your Role:

• Lead all aspects of cost planning, estimation, and commercial management
• Oversee procurement strategies, tendering, contract advice, and final accounts
• Provide clear cost advice to clients, helping them make informed commercial decisions
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and value throughout the pre- and post-contract lifecycle
• Build long-term relationships with hotel, leisure, and student accommodation clients
• Contribute to the growth and reputation of the business through quality delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in Cost Consultancy / Quantity Surveying, ideally MRICS (or working towards it)
• Strong technical skills in cost planning, benchmarking, and commercial management
• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or leisure sectors preferred
• Confident and credible in front of clients, with excellent communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and appetite for career growth
