Job description

Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to provide commercial services to the project team, maintaining and managing commercial information, complying with commercial process and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, whilst ensuring that the Company's objectives of positive relationships, optimized project returns, and good positive cash flow are achieved. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will liaise with customer representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and other third parties on commercial issues including production submission, and agreement of variations, claims and any additional payments and/or time. They will manage the robust production of cost to complete for their areas of responsibility, including associated risk and opportunities and report project progress against this in terms of value, revenue and cost.
