Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Freelance Senior QS for a new £100m commercial build in East London. Responsibilities include managing procurement and commercial package management. Ideal candidates will have experience with Tier One or Two contractors on large projects and must be eligible to work in the UK. This role is freelance and outside IR35 requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience working for a Tier One or Two main contractor on a £50m+ project.
• Experience managing internal fit out and facade packages.
• Knowledge of commercial management for new builds.

Freelance Senior QS - Tier One main contractor - £100m new build - East London

Outside Scope of IR35 / Limited Company

I have an urgent requirement for a Senior QS for one of our key clients on a new £100m new build commercial project in East London.

The role will involve Procurement & Commercial Package Management of Internal Fit Out and Facade packages, working within the Commercial team and reporting directly to the Commercial Lead.

The ideal candidate will have experience working for a Tier One or Two main contractor on a £50m+ project, preferably on procurement and management of internal fit out and facade packages, or have experience of commercially managing a similar commercial new build job.

The role is available on a freelance / temp-to-perm basis and is Outside Scope of IR35 on a Limited Company basis.
