Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive the test strategy across agency projects. You will lead the development of test plans, cases and automation frameworks, while mentoring junior testers and shaping QA practices for high-quality client deliverables.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, champion AI-powered testing improvements, and steer adoption of new tools and frameworks to enhance accuracy and efficiency in content testing and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering test artefacts and owning QA processes in an agency.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira, X-Ray and test management tools.
• Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, UI design, cross-browser testing and CMS like WordPress.
• Experience with database design and debugging tools (e.g., XCode).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring testers.
• Experience with automation tools like Selenium and Cypress is desirable.

Responsibilities
