Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Senior QA Test Analyst to design and execute robust manual and automated testing across digital and integration platforms. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality, reliable software that enhances customer and colleague experiences.

You will own testing activities, define test approaches, manage defects, and contribute to API and automation initiatives while supporting continuous improvement and modern testing practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and executing tests across digital/integration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of API, integration, and automation testing.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute manual and automated test scenarios across digital and integration platforms.
• Own testing activities for projects, ensuring quality from planning to delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to define test approaches and manage risks.
• Manage defect identification, tracking and resolution with clear communication across teams.
• Support continuous improvement of testing tools, frameworks and automation approaches.
• Contribute to integration, regression and API testing to ensure end-to-end performance.
