Job summary

Harriet Ellis Training Solutions is a specialist training provider focusing on Dental Nursing apprenticeships and learner development within dentistry. The senior role oversees quality across the learner journey, from enrolment to End-Point Assessment, ensuring robust systems and continuous improvement in outcomes for apprentices and employers.

You will lead strategic/operational quality assurance, work with senior leaders and external stakeholders, and drive improvement through data analysis

Qualifications

• Significant experience within apprenticeships, Further Education or work-based learning.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted inspection requirements within FE/Skills.
• Experience developing and managing SARs and QIPs.
• Experience analysing quality and performance data and translating findings into improvement actions.
• Experience Internal Quality Assurance and standardisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance and continuous improvement strategy across apprenticeship provision.
• Develop, implement and review the SAR and QIP.
• Maintain readiness for Ofsted inspections and ensure teams understand expectations.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and interventions.
• Provide clear quality reports and recommendations to SLT and governance.
• Oversee QA of teaching, learning, assessment and progress reviews.
• Maintain an effective programme of observations, learning walks and standardisation.
• Ensure timely, constructive feedback from assessors and tutors.
