Senior QA Engineer - Transformation Programme (Up to £75,000 + 10% Bonus)

Are you an experienced QA professional ready to take on a major transformation challenge? Our client, a market‑leading technology provider with over three decades of success and dominance in their sector, is undergoing a large‑scale digital transformation and is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to play a key role in unifying and modernising their systems landscape.

The Role

As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll work across several engineering teams to ensure quality, consistency, and reliability throughout the transformation journey. Initially, you'll focus on manual testing to establish baselines, before leading the development of automation frameworks and embedding best practices into the testing process.

You'll collaborate closely with solution architects, engineers, and leadership to build a modern, scalable QA function that supports a rapidly evolving technology ecosystem.
