Job summary

Client Server Limited is seeking a Senior Python Developer/Bac

kend software engineer for a hybrid role in London, with WFH options. You will work on a Greenfield project within the R&D team, primarily backend Python, and occasionally Rust, TypeScript, or C++. The position offers a competitive £75k-£85k package, pension, private medical insurance, life assurance, and other benefits. Office presence in London two days a week is expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced Python and backend software engineering experience.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Some experience with Rust, TypeScript and/or C++.
• STEM degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new Greenfield product in a fast-paced environment.
• Prototyping new ideas and structuring development of existing platforms.
• Work predominantly on backend Python, with exposure to Rust, TypeScript, and C++.
• Collaborate across R&D team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Contribute to design decisions and engineering best practices.

Senior Python Developer / Backend Software Engineer London / WFH to £85k

Are you a backend focused technologist who enjoys problem solving and working on complex systems at the cutting edge of technology?

You could be progressing your career as a Senior Python Developer at the world's most advanced cybersecurity technology business that uses AI technology to protect clients across the globe from advanced cyber threats, working alongside a team of friendly and supportive people and enjoying a host of perks and benefits.

As a Senior Python Developer within the R&D team you'll work on a new Greenfield product to combat the threat of AI based security attacks. You'll work on a range of complex and interesting projects from rapid prototyping of new ideas to the structured development of existing platforms, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

You'll be mainly working with backend Python but also with Rust and emerging technologies, using the right tool for the job in a rapid development environment, with lots of problem solving and iteration.

Location / WFH:
