Job summary

Thrive IT Systems is seeking an experienced Python Developer to build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and Generative AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will master Python frameworks, LLM integration, cloud-native development, and secure coding practices.

You will collaborate across teams to design robust data models, implement CI/CD pipelines, and apply performance optimization, testing with PyTest, and modern DevOps tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Backend development, REST APIs, OOP, software design principles, PyTest, and Git.
• Generative AI, LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI guardrails.
• SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
• AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline architecture.
• Authentication, authorization, secrets management, and secure coding practices.
